Production capabilities
An internal chain to transform PMMA from monomer to finished component: material development, polymerization, cutting, CNC manufacturing, turning, polishing, bonding, lamination, microscopy and traceability.
Polymerization and blocks
In-house production of PMMA and special methacrylates with controlled polymerization kinetics, thermal management and the ability to obtain high-thickness blocks and castings for non-standard applications.
Formats and thicknesses
Autoclaves and plants allow work on significant formats, thick blocks, special transparent components, domes, flanges, technical windows and complex geometries.
CNC manufacturing
Three vertical machining centres, CAD/CAM toolpaths, milling, turning, deep drilling, threading and complex PMMA geometries, with precision suited to technical small batches and high-value components.
Polishing and finishing
Machine and hand polishing, craft finishing, control of internal and external surfaces, with attention to edges, deep holes, radii and optical areas of the component.
Inspection and traceability
Microscopy room up to 300x magnification, metrological and finishing checks, QR code, dedicated portal and inspection part by part and batch by batch.
